Under 18 Policy

Children and young people are welcome to come and climb here at Stronghold Climbing Centre. We have a dedicated children’s area on our mezzanine level specially designed to give smaller climbers a taste of bouldering in a fun and safe space.

Climbers under the age of 18 must be registered by a Parent/Legal Guardian. You can either pre-register online or pop in to the centre and one of our friendly staff will be able to help you.

Juniors can sign up to our Rockers Club on Saturday and Sundays, and families can also book onto our Family Induction.

See below for more detailed information on each age group, including Unsupervised Junior Assessments.
