International Women’s Day is taking place on Tuesday 8th March and Stronghold: London Fields is proud to be hosting a free screening of the Women’s Adventure Film Tour at 8pm in our cafe area.
What is the Women’s Adventure Film Tour?
This short film festival is a celebration of inspiring women around us who are doing extraordinary things in the name of adventure. The aim of the festival is to be enjoyed by women, children and men of all ages. You can watch the trailer for the film tour below and find out information on all the films on the Women’s Adventure Film Tour website here.
So grab your friend/partner/spouse/child and come down to Stronghold: London Fields for a night of adventure films. We will be showing the films in our cafe area which will have limited seats available. The film tour is a series of short films so you will be able to also come and go during the run time. The full playlist is available here so you can even plan your film watching around your climbing if you wish!
The screening itself is FREE and you’re welcome to climb before or after. Normal entry fees and rules apply if you do want to come for a climb. The centre will be open as normal for climbing during the screening so expect a little bit of background noise if you do come watch.
As always, great food and drinks (coffee, tea, beer and wine) available at reception too!
See you there.
