Neil Gresham is one of Britain’s best known and most experienced climbing coaches. On the first Sunday of December, first Saturday of January and first Sunday of February, he will be delivering four workshops (2 on training and 2 on technique on each day), which have been designed to help you get the very most from your sessions at Stronghold. The sessions last 1 hour and are ideally suited to anyone climbing between V2 and V5 who wishes to climb harder.

About Neil Gresham
Neil Gresham is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading voices in performance coaching for climbing. He has been coaching and writing regular training articles for national magazines since 1993 and has pioneered many of the methods that are used widely by coaches today. Neil is the current training columnist for UKC.com and Rock & Ice in the USA.
