Centre Manager Job Role Tottenham Hale

Stronghold Climbing Centres now have an exciting and rare opportunity for the right person to take on the role of Centre Manager at our Tottenham Hale centre.

Stronghold began in Tottenham Hale and has strong roots within this part of North London. We are now looking for the right person to head up the next stage of growth in 2022 and beyond for our Tottenham Hale location.

Relocated during lockdown, the new Stronghold: Tottenham Hale is a fantastic bouldering centre that is continuing to build on the exceptional customer service and superb route setting that was developed within the original Ashley Road location.

The right candidate will be an experienced climbing wall / leisure professional with a demonstrable record of managing a team. We are looking for a person who can seek out and develop relationships with schools and groups within the local area as well as continuing to grow an already established customer base. You will be expected to develop the centre further through your own initiative as well as expanding on opportunities brought to you by the management team.

You will be supported by an experienced staff and management team who will help you settle into Stronghold. Over time you will lead and strengthen your centre staff through recruitment and the continual training of front of house duties and new operating procedures.

Summary:

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience

Job Status: Permanent

Hours: 40 p/w & 28 days holiday
