Having opened our doors in March 2017, we have established ourselves as a friendly, inclusive climbing centre that welcomes and supports climbers of all ages and abilities. In 2021 we completed our relocation of our original Tottenham Hale site to a larger centre while opening our 2nd centre in London Fields.
Having now established both centres we are looking to expand both our workforce and coaching sessions.
Positions to be filled: Duty Manager, Team Member & Stronghold Climbing Coach

Climbing Coach Role:
Full Time hours (40hrs) available. Minimum 32hr contract. Salary: £23-26,000 DOE and hours.
We are looking for an experienced climbing coach to come join Stronghold to assist with our next stage of climbing coaching and session development. You will be responsible for running safe, fun, climbing sessions at our Tottenham Hale and London Fields sites. Must be able to work weekends and evenings as part of this role.

Duty Manager Role:
Full Time hours (40hrs) available. Minimum 32hr contract. £10.85 per hour
Team Member Role:
Part Time hours (minimum 20hrs) available: £10.20 per hour
Other benefits include free climbing at a selection of climbing walls around London as well as discounts on climbing gear and clothing within our centres.
These are two important customer facing roles that will be based across both sites.

Interviews will be carried out in Tottenham Hale. Initial training will take part across both sites with a number of day and weekend shifts needing to be completed.
